Women’s League of Sutton Place Synagogue

As part of Tzedakah Sunday, on November 12th at 12 pm, at The National Council of Jewish Woman New York, located at 241 West 72nd  Street, between Broadway and West End Avenue, we will meet there with a representative from Jews for Repro NY, a grassroots organizing initiative of the National Council of Jewish Women, which encourages Jews and Jewish leaders to speak out for abortion access in the New York metro area.

 After a discussion about reproductive rights, we will be packing abortion aftercare kits for patients who had surgical abortions. Jews for Repro NY has partnered with an independent women’s reproductive health clinic,  Dr Emily Women's Health Center located in the Bronx, that would be grateful for abortion aftercare supplies.

*Please donate and bring any of the following items*

Heating pads, lip balms, menstrual pads, lotions, fuzzy socks, and small wrapped and sealed snacks. If you are unable to attend, but wish to donate, call SPS at 212-593-3300 PRIOR to dropping off requested items to confirm that the building is open.
